Follow Up Records
Marketing specialist can see the status of the full flow of follow up of any lead - follow up person, records, convert lead, etc. It allows marketing and sales to work together to improve the efficiency of lead flow and form the best marketing loop.
Follow up records can be uploaded with nine images. Followers can express their ideas more accurately when adding follow-up records, further enhancing work efficiency; when collaborating among team members, they don't need to open other windows to check related information, which saves communication costs to a great extent. Sales can directly upload the customer's demand handover sheet when adding follow-up records and @ relevant members, making information transfer faster, more transparent and efficient.
Quickly add follow-up records using voice input. Also supports automatic saving of draft, eliminating the need for repeated editing operations and making follow-up record filling more convenient and efficient.
Select important content in the chat log to add into the follow-up record, one click within the customer portrait directly to the important conversation content, accelerating the transparency of team information.

Marketing Material Library
Frontline sales can upload public articles, customer cases, white papers, product demos, tutorial videos and other content to the library and bind their own exclusive advanced smart QR codes. Based on the content consumption characteristics of potential customers - what content they have read, how long they have watched, and the distribution chain of the content, sales can quickly grasp the customer's intention and adjust the transaction strategy at the right time.
The secondary pages display browsing data, visitor details, interaction ranking and other information, intelligently analyze the interactive effect of content, and find the visitors with the highest interaction index. And the individual data can be downloaded and exported, which is more flexible and helps to manage the content effect data.
You can customize the group name and move the multi-selected information to the target group with one click, which saves more effort in classification management. It is convenient for enterprise members to distribute information quickly and improve staff efficiency. When the content of a document or public article needs to be updated or modified, you don't have to delete and re-upload it, you can easily replace the latest content by clicking "Edit", and the public link can also be "synchronized" with the updated article content with one click.
